The product is unused and in original condition

The Jacquard fabric and design are undamaged

All packaging, tags, and inserts are included

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

The product shows signs of use

Fabric is stained, torn, or altered

Packaging or accessories are missing

The request is made after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return

Send photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our team will review and approve your request

Ship the product back to us

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect

Refunds & Exchanges

After inspection:

Exchange: Replacement will be shipped within 2–3 working days

Refund: Amount will be refunded to your bank account or wallet within 3–5 working days

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will:

Cover the full return shipping cost, and

Send a replacement immediately
