Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The Jacquard fabric and design are undamaged

  • All packaging, tags, and inserts are included


Valid Reasons for Return

We accept return or exchange requests for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Quality concerns

  • Change of mind (only if the item is unused and in original condition)


Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Fabric is stained, torn, or altered

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp: 0301-0084555 within 7 days

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Send photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  4. Our team will review and approve your request

  5. Ship the product back to us

    • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect


Refunds & Exchanges

After inspection:

  • Exchange: Replacement will be shipped within 2–3 working days

  • Refund: Amount will be refunded to your bank account or wallet within 3–5 working days


Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will:

  • Cover the full return shipping cost, and

  • Send a replacement immediately
